Screen printing explained.

What is Screen Printing?

Screen printing is the technique all your favourite brands use to efficiently print a design on a garment.

The downside? There's a lot of work before and after you print the shirt!

When you send us a design, we separate it into all it's individual colours and then make a stencil for each of these colours on a mesh screen.

We then load these into a carousel and carefully align them together so that when ink is passed through each of these individual stencils, they add together to create your design.

Pantone® Colour Matching.

Most times our off the shelf ink colours are perfect for your design, but sometimes our customers require an exact colour match.

Our ink mixing systems allow us to create exact colours from the internationally recognised Pantone colour guide, perfect for keeping with brand guide lines or if you prefer a particular shade of a colour!

Need a specific thread colour for embroidery? No worries - we can Pantone colour match those too!
