Northprint stands behinds the quality of its products and service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, simply contact Customer Care within 30 days from the date of your purchase and subject to the following criteria we will credit the full price of the product in question.

Northprint products are made-to-order with the best quality materials possible using our state-of-the-art decorating equipment.

Northprint takes great pride in its commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control.

By approving the artwork approval proof provided by Northprint, or by placing your order via the online designer, you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions:

1. Artwork Approval: It is the customer's responsibility to review the digital proof carefully for accuracy in design, content, spelling, grammar and layout.

2. Variation: Please note that slight variations in decoration location, colour, and registration may occur due to the nature of the decoration process. Northprint will strive to minimize these variations to the best of our ability.

3. Tolerances: While Northprint maintains stringent quality control measures, minor variations in color, trim size, and finishing may occur within industry-standard tolerances.

4. Customer Review: Customers are encouraged to thoroughly review the digital proof to ensure all details meet their expectations. Any discrepancies or concerns should be communicated to Northprint promptly for resolution.

5. Final Approval: Once the digital proof is approved, any subsequent changes requested by the customer may result in additional charges and delays in production.

6. Liability: Northprint shall not be liable for errors overlooked by the customer during the proofing process. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all content, including text, logos, and images, are correct and legally authorized for use. Northprint is not liable for decoration durability issues due to incorrect washing or drying proceedures.

7. Delivery: Production lead times commence upon receipt of written approval of the digital proof and full payment. Partnerships with Australias leading carriers ensures the highest chance of your order arriving on time, and in good condition. However we are not resposible for delivery delays out of our control and any damages that occur during the shipping process. Northprint will make every effort to meet agreed-upon delivery dates but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

Online Designer:

Northprint takes great pride in its commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:

  • Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
  • Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
  • Design errors introduced by the customer in the design creation process.
  • Errors in user-selected options such as product type or size.

Please examine your designs carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order. In an effort to keep costs down and pass substantial savings along to our customers, Northprint does not proof documents created by its customers prior to processing.

Decoration Durability:
